You've found a property you really like.  Before you spend thousands progressing the purchase, get an independent second opinion from someone whose only focus is helping you make a better-informed decision.  I'll look beyond the estate agent's description and help you identify the questions, risks and considerations that deserve your attention.

Before our consultation, I'll review:

• The property listing and photographs
• Floorplans and available property information
• Tenure information where available
• EPC and publicly available property details
• Your own plans, concerns and priorities for the home

We'll then spend 60 minutes talking through:

Buying or selling a home involves dozens of conversations, emails and decisions.  Property Companion Support gives you one consistent person you can come back to when something doesn't make sense.  I'll help you understand where you are in the process, what happens next and what questions are worth asking, without replacing the professionals handling the legal, financial or surveying work.

Your 12 weeks of support includes:

• 60-minute getting started session
• Your personalised Property Roadmap
• Scheduled 30-minute check-ins
• Support queries each week by email or message
• Help understanding property correspondence and terminology
• Independent guidance when unexpected problems arise

Supporting a parent or relative?

This service can also be arranged for someone else.  Perhaps Mum or Dad is selling after many years in the same home, or a relative is feeling overwhelmed by the process.  With their agreement, I can provide independent support while keeping a nominated family member involved where appropriate.

Need support for longer?

After your initial 12 weeks, support can continue for £125 per month if you'd like me to remain alongside your move.
