The Property Companion offers independent, buyer-only guidance at key decision points in the property buying process.
It isn’t an estate agency.
There are no properties to sell.
I don’t work for sellers, agents, or developers.
My role is to help buyers slow things down enough to understand what really matters — and to decide on their own terms.
Sometimes that leads to moving forward.
Sometimes it leads to pausing or walking away.
Both are good outcomes.
